The three sacred words of Neem Karoli Baba: Serve with an outstretched hand. Love without limits. Remember the unbreakable oneness of every soul. These words resound with great truth and lightness, like a ball of light entering our dark world. Today, our world is on the brink of even larger wars. The US-Israel-Iran conflict is still ongoing with strikes and impacts. Ukraine and Russia are engaged in very severe combat. Threats of conflicts around the Strait of Hormuz cause energy market shifts and global uncertainty.

The violence in Lebanon and around the world has tragically killed hundreds of thousands of people and displaced millions. Amidst all these situations, these words become powerful and timely balm for our soul. The situation is critical and heartbreaking. People die every day. Thousands of people are killed and displaced. Families are destroyed due to continuous violence and threats. Countries cry out for the destruction of the other side. Do we really want to see a world where the only solution is to destroy every man, woman, and child of the ‘enemy’?
In these difficult and critical situations, there is a sacred call to serve with an outstretched hand. To love without limits. To remember In these difficult times, a sacred call endures: to serve with open hands, to love without limits, and to remember the unbreakable unity that connects every soul—the divine Oneness at the heart of every human soul.
I don’t know the answers. I can only serve with open hands, try to love without limits, and to remember the unbreakable Unity that connects us all—the divine Oneness within all of us.
Now, more than ever, is the perfect time to practice deeply and meaningfully. The outer conflicts of the world mirror the opportunities within us for healing and growth—unresolved emotions, feelings of separation, and experiences of forgetting our essence. Through meditation, breathing, movements, and other Eastern disciplines, we can rise above the anger and hostility that are rapidly growing.
As we do this, we can convert this energy into love and serve the world more fully, love without fear, and remember our Divinity. In this challenging world, yoga stands out as a beautiful spiritual practice to ground the body, open the heart, and expand consciousness to bring peace and harmony to the world.
In these difficult times, showing up for your practice is a loving way to support peace in our world. We have the opportunity to create a little more joy in each day with a commitment to serve, love, and remember, focusing our awareness on the healing that our world so deeply needs.
Stressed, curious, or centered—show up exactly as you are. Leave feeling grounded, heart-open, and empowered to take unity with you in each moment of a constantly evolving world.
We meet on the beach, breathing and moving to the rhythm of the ocean and the rising energy of the sun. Show up, breathe, move, and be. The rest—clarity, strength, and life’s synchronicities—naturally follow.
