Begin breathing through your nose. Let the breath be natural, smooth, steady, flowing, and continuous. Simply inhale and exhale gently, evenly, and smoothly. As you inhale, feel your belly gently rise. As you exhale, feel your belly softly contract.
With each inhale, observe. Be aware.
With each exhale, let go. Relax.
