Even when the world shifts beneath us, our inner light remains steady.

Take care of things while they are small. Spirit Airlines grounded yesterday after 34 years. For the moment there are no more ultra-cheap flights, sudden changes in plans, rising fares touching so many journeys many once counted on. Anytime change is uncomfortable we can feel it in the body: that quiet knot, the mind racing toward “what now?” Yet right here, in this very breath, we remember — true stability is always inside us
What does it feel like when you soften into the small tensions before they grow? When you catch the tight shoulder, the shallow breath, the unnoticed worry… and choose to relax, to tend it gently while it is still small?
This is the quiet power of “Take care of things while they are small.” Just as Spirit let debt and warning signs build until the final blow became unavoidable, the same unfolds in our bodies and minds. A little misalignment ignored becomes pain. A small habit skipped becomes disconnection. But when we tend to what arises early — with softness and awareness — we prevent the crisis and walk in graceful strength.
If you’re ready to take this deeper and transform your life, come play with me. We meet Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings for Sunrise Yoga on the beach in East Boca from 6:45 to 7:30 AM at the South Beach Park Pavilion. If you would like to join, sign up via Eventbrite or Meetup.
Breathe. Drop in.
Sending love.
Heal. Align. Thrive.
