About our Founder

The Path to Wellness is Simple!

I am Dr. Sattva Noblitt, the founder of 1 Yoga Wellness. As a teacher, holistic healer, and Doctor of Psychology with decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and Eastern arts, I have dedicated myself to exploring and sharing the transformative power of these ancient practices.

Through a comprehensive approach to yoga, meditation, training, and spiritual development, guided by an awareness of the true source of healing, I have successfully helped many students and individuals who have needlessly suffered from pain and chronic afflictions.

By consistently applying these techniques, you can experience healing, live healthily, enhance your athletic performance, and ultimately enjoy the best life possible.

The journey to health and happiness may appear daunting at first, but know that I’m here to support you every step of the way. By embracing our first two training principles of “Enjoy the Moment” and “Practice Daily,” your path will naturally unfold before you. As you embark on this journey, I’ll be by your side, shouldering the heavy lifting so you can focus on savoring life’s precious moments.

Together, let’s unlock the boundless potential within you and pave the way to a future abundant with health, happiness, and vitality. Health is the most valuable thing you possess. By nurturing it, you will sustain every aspect of your life.

Absolute Commitment

Master Yang once shared with me the following profound story.

“The essence of a true master lies in absolute commitment. Picture a hillside where both a master and an ordinary person agree to walk up daily, planting an acorn by a towering tree’s trunk. Amidst sunny days and stormy weather alike, the master persists, their determination unwavering. When the year draws to a close, the master has placed 365 acorns, while others falter in their resolve. This steadfast dedication is the only thing that separates the master from the student.”
