The recent partial government shutdown passed quickly. Even so, it reminded us how national tensions can create waves of concern and unease within us. In fact, it touches directly on my 6th Guideline: Take care of things while they are small. That’s advice we hope our politicians, all 100 Senators and 435 Representatives, take to heart.

Just as we hope they fix problems before we all feel the pain, we can tend to our own bodies while things are still manageable. Over decades of training and work, I have built these principles into a practice that generates and sustains health.
Taking Care of Things While They Are Small at Sunrise
As the first hint of dawn creeps over the horizon at South Beach Park in Boca, our world comes alive. The indigo sky turns to rose, then gold, and each new day promises a unique sunrise. Meanwhile, the meditative splash of waves creates a healing melody. At the same time, the salty mist fills us with fresh, cool air. Our bare feet feel the grounding coolness of the sand. Above us, birds sing to celebrate a new day in this sacred place where heaven and earth meet. Here, anything seems possible in a place of renewal, clarity, and peace.
This is why I start my day here with yoga, and why I invite you to do the same. Beginning your day with yoga is life-changing. First, it releases tension built up in your body overnight. It also builds strength and flexibility without strain. In addition, it clears the mental fog that so often greets us and fills your body with vibrant energy. Perhaps most importantly, it connects you with presence and gratitude. As a result, you stay grounded in the now, so little imbalances don’t add up into larger ones.
Practice Daily: The Golden Key
At the center of all this is Guideline #2: Practice Daily, the golden key and rock-solid foundation of my guidelines. One simple practice, just showing up, unlocks all the rest. There’s no need for radical changes. Instead, this one healing practice multiplies its power over time, bringing a pain-free body, a happier mind, more vitality, clarity, and joy.
This is precisely what we provide in our Free Sunrise Yoga Class. Rain or shine, we meet every Friday and Sunday at 6:45 AM at the South Beach Park Pavilion, located in East Boca Raton, Florida, at E. Palmetto Park Rd & A1A. I personally teach these classes as Dr. Sattva Noblitt, providing a gentle, healing-oriented practice with therapeutic alignment, conscious breathing, and deep renewal.
Each class is adapted in real time so that it suits all levels. Furthermore, the ocean setting offers rejuvenating energy from the Earth and the Sea. Our supportive Sunrise Yoga Family also provides a sense of belonging. Ultimately, daily attendance is training at its best: consistently showing up for yourself.
Day after day, the benefits reveal themselves. Tension seeps out of the body as we move into the flow. Then energy increases with each breath, carrying you brightly through the day. Gradually, clarity and ease come together. This is the vibrant, holistic wellness so many seek amid busy lives, work, and family.
Be ready to rise and shine and meet us every Friday and Sunday at 6:45 AM! Bring a mat and towel if you have them, or come as you are. We will breathe, we will connect, and we will welcome the day together in a state of healing and gratitude. Want a simple reminder?
If you would like to join us, we meet Friday and Sunday at 6:45 AM at the South Beach Park Pavilion in East Boca. All are welcome. Join us at sunrise. Step onto the sand, feel the dawn embrace you, and let your breath guide every move. Sign up now via Eventbrite or Meetup.
Wishing you health and peace,
